The new Royal Decree modifies Article 26 and the stipulations of Article 2.a) of Royal Decree 661/2007, from May 25 (Ref. 2007/10556). In reference to Royal Decree 1955/2000, from December 1 (Ref. 2000/24019). In addition, the errors in BOE (Official State Bulletin) No. 251, from October 17, 2008 (Ref. 2008/16721) have been corrected.
The regulated areas include: solar energy, energy policies, administrative procedures, energy production, administrative records and rates.
